All items are made-to-order. For this reason, we do not accept refunds.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 8 days of delivery only if the item is defective or damaged due to our mistake.
• In such cases, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will cover the exchange shipping cost.
• If the issue is not caused by us, customers are responsible for shipping fees related to exchanges.
• Exchanges are not available for change of mind or custom orders.
