• No returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is placed or processed

• If the item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hrs with photos (shipping box + product) for a replacement.

• Minor color, texture, or layout variations are normal and are not considered defects.

• Damage Refund: The damaged package must be returned in order for us to file a claim. Please send us photos of the damage, and we will provide a return shipping label.
