✔️REFUND • EXCHANGE • REPLACEMENT

• No exchanges, or cancellations after an order is placed or processed

• If the item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hrs with photos (shipping label, shipping box, and product) for a replacement.

• Minor color, texture, or layout variations are normal and are not considered defects.

• Damage Refund: The damaged package must be returned in order for us to file a claim. Please send us photos of the damage, and we will provide a return shipping label.

• Returns must be received **undamaged and in the original packaging

• Return shipping costs are the **buyer’s responsibility

• Framed artwork and oversized pieces 30" or larger** are subject to a **25% restocking fee

• Please review the **size, orientation, color, and finish** carefully before ordering, as each piece is made to order

• Damaged or defective items will be **replaced at no cost**
